NC Claims Pro is a family-owned public adjusting firm. We represent North Carolina homeowners and businesses after property losses — standing with the policyholder, not the carrier.
Who we are
When disaster hits — fire, water, storm, mold, roof damage, or a commercial loss — the insurance claim process can feel overwhelming. Carriers have adjusters looking out for their interests. As licensed public adjusters, we look out for yours.
Based in Clayton, we serve communities across the Triangle, Fayetteville, Jacksonville, the North Carolina coast, Charlotte, and surrounding areas statewide.
